The LP Typhoon series is a family of automatic shrink wrapping machines with sealing bar, multichannel in-line or 90 degree side-feed, and automatic discontinuous product separation with bars on motorized chains.

Applications

Suitable for PET bottles, glass bottles, cans, jars, tetra bricks, cases, bags and aerosol cans. Packaging types include film, pad+film, tray+film and tray-only solutions.

Operating process

Products can be fed in line, at 90 degrees side-feed or through a cross-over infeed conveyor. Sensors monitor minimum and maximum product loading. Pneumatic separation, motorized film infeed and sealing bar complete the automatic packaging cycle.
